notesonhealingg was initially created as a space to share relatable quotes and emotions on social media. Over time, I realized that many of the experiences we go through as humans are deeply shared — feelings, struggles, and moments we often think we face alone. With that understanding, I wanted to expand notesonhealingg into something more meaningful.
What began on social media grew into a place for reflection, self-care, and honest healing through words. This website and blog exist to offer a sense of peace, a pause from the noise of everyday life, and a gentle reset for anyone who needs it.
I’ve always loved writing. For me, writing is how I process, release, and reconnect with myself.
